SHIPPING : All of our creations are especially hand crafted for you when ordered. Most orders ship within 12 business days.

 

Allow up to 24 days for delivery US post. Expedited shipping is unavailable.

 

Selected creations ship by free ground parcel post or priority mail in the USA as marked when ordered online through our shopping cart.

 

A receipt can be printed at the end of your order- this is your confirmation that your order has gone through.

 

Please give your correct postal delivery address as this automatically goes on to your shipping label. We are unable to change shipping address on an order after an order is placed. Returns due to incorrect address will be refunded less shipping cost- which is non refundable from the post office. If a package is shipped to an address provided and is unclaimed or undelivered no refund will be given unless and until the item is returned by the post office.

Tracking: A receipt can be printed at the end of your order- this is your confirmation that your order has gone through.Next your our own tracking number will be e-mailed to you from the US Postal Service upon shipping (to the e-mail address your provided to Pay-pal provided it is not spam blocked)

 

Your tracking number can be used to track your package by going to: www.usps.gov Allow up to 2 days for new information to be updated in the US Postal system. We cannot any other information that what the US Postal System shows.

 

Tracking and confirmation may not arrive by e-mail if your e-mail address was incorrect on your order. Make sure your spam blocker does not block this if you wish to track your order.

 

If you believe your package is lost E-MAIL US with your tracking number no earlier than 14 days after ordering and we will be able to proceed with the US Postal Service from there.

 

 

We ship to FPO or APO addresses when possible. In some cases we may not be able to ship and will refund the order. We suggest having a stateside friend or family member order the hand crafted creation(s) for you and having them send it on.

 

GIFT ORDERS: Let us know if you are sending a gift order in the space provided at end of checkout: We will expedite, attach a bow and a card with your message & ship to address specified.

Due to the complex shapes of our creations we are unable to offer gift wrapping but we will place a bow and a gift message on your gift .  

 

We ship only in the USA. Shipping quotes are only for the 48 states of USA.

 

 

 

Credit card orders: Use our quick and secure Pay Pal shopping cart. We use Pay Pal which is a safe & secure credit card processor for your protection as well as ours - it is the only way we process credit cards. Visa , Master card, American Express, Discover, etc. are accepted through the Pay Pal shopping cart. We are unable to offer payment by e-check because we cannot guarantee item will be available by the time e-check clears.

 

We do not process phone orders. The Pay Pal shopping cart system is infinitely more accurate and secure for the card holder as well as the merchant.

 

Check or Money orders: We do not offer payment by check or money order because we cannot guarantee item will be available by the time check or money order arrives and clears which can be over 14 days.

Expedited Shipping/ Rush Orders:

Everything we offer is hand crafted from scratch in our studio. We are unable to rush the careful crafting of our creations which takes 5 days. Most orders ship in 4 business days- allow 6-14 days delivery by US post.

 

 

We only process orders through our shopping cart. Every order is treated equally first come first served.

 

We ship only by US POST. Next day Express Mail is unavailable (Next day delivery on express mail not guaranteed by the US Postal Service- see their web site at usps.gov ) from our rural post office location;we will not promise anything we can not deliver.

 

We simply refuse compromise the quality of our craft work for rush orders. Being semi-retired from many years of craft work we wish to do only what we do best.

RETURNS:   Each creation is individually hand crafted upon your order & we guarantee your satisfaction.   You may return any creation by contacting us within 3 days of receipt for a refund.

• Please contact us by E-MAIL US within 3 days of receipt.
• Let us know exactly what was ordered & what was wrong.
• Please give your full name and address and date of order.
• We will respond with replacement instructions. E-MAIL
• Please give your correct postal delivery address, this automatically goes on your shipping label. Shipping is non refundable on returns due to undeliverability ; because shipping is non refundable by the post office. Returns for other reasons than our error may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If a package is shipped to an address provided and is unclaimed or undelivered no refund will be given unless and until the item is returned by the post office.

HOW THE SHOPPING CART WORKS:

To select an item to order from our pages: Click on "Add to Cart" then when the Shopping cart page comes up specify quantity or units indicated. Then click "update cart" It will then show the new quantity total cost and shipping.

 

Then for more items click continue shopping and add more items to the cart. You can also return to cart at the top of every page.

 

When all items being ordered are selected click continue to checkout.

 

You will be prompted from there to enter the rest of the information including: address for billing (credit card) , Shipping address (make sure address is correct for postal delivery as this will automatically print on the shipping label), and Credit card information (without spaces).

Credit card number Error (incorrect/ invalid):

Solution: Enter card number without dashes.Spaces are ok and help to review numbers.

 

Cards may be not accepted if:

• the billing address does not exactly match the address that your credit card bill is sent to.
• If you are using a foreign credit card it will not be accepted as we do not ship outside the USA.
• Phone number must match credit card providers files.
• The security code on the back of the card must be exactly the last three digits

 

Check with your card provider for these solutions:

• If you have received a card recently check if the card has been activated .(it may work locally but not with paypal credit card processing)
• Most credit cards have daily spending limits your card provider will be able to provide this information .
