are especially hand crafted for you when ordered. Most orders ship within7

by free ground parcel post or priority mail in the USA as marked
when ordered online through our shopping cart.

- A receipt can
be printed at the end of your order- this is your confirmation
that your order has gone through.

your correct postal delivery address as this automatically goes
on to your shipping label. We are unable to change shipping address
on an order after an order is placed. Returns due to incorrect address will
be refunded less shipping cost- which is non refundable from
the post office. If a package
is shipped to an address provided and is unclaimed or undelivered
no refund will be given unless and until the item is returned
by the post office.

member order the hand crafted creation(s) for you and having

Shipping/ Rush Orders:

we offer is hand crafted from scratch in our studio. We are unable to
rush the careful crafting of our creations which takes 5 days.
Most orders ship in 4 business days- allow 6-14 days
delivery by US post.

orders of our individually hand crafted creations please order
by December 12 for delivery by Dec 24th.

- We only process
orders through our shopping cart. Every order is treated equally
first come first served.

only by US POST. Next
day Express Mail is unavailable (not guaranteed by the US Postal Service-
see their web site at usps.gov ) from our rural post office location;we
will not promise anything we can not deliver.

refuse compromise the quality of our craft work for rush orders.
Being semi-retired from many years of craft work we wish to do

- RETURNS: Each
creation is individually hand crafted upon your order & we
guarantee your satisfaction.

may return any creation by contacting us within 3 days of receipt
for a refund.

- HOW
THE SHOPPING CART WORKS:

item to order from our pages: Click on "Add to Cart"
then when the Shopping cart page comes up specify quantity or
units indicated. Then click "update cart" It will then
show the new quantity total cost and shipping.

items click continue shopping and add more items to the cart.
You can also return to cart at the top of every page.

being ordered are selected click continue to checkout.

will be prompted from there to enter the rest of the information
including: address for billing (credit card) , Shipping address
